This is the first in-person driver trainers conference the ADTAV has hosted since 2019. Come along to this exciting professional development and networking opportunity for driver trainers, hosted by the Australian Driver Trainers Association Victoria (ADTAV).

Keynote Speaker

Guest Speakers
Megan Coulter, an occupational therapist with specialist qualifications in driving assessment and rehabilitation, will be speaking to demystify OT procedures, talk about learners driving on prescription drugs, and encourage you to work with OTs. “Occupational therapy driving assessments – what they are, who they’re for and how we can work together”. Megan will discuss how to set up your vehicles, what good personality types are for this type of work, and more.
Danya from Shout Out, Centre for Multicultural Youth, will be speaking about her experiences as a young Sudanese-Muslim-Australian. “Cultural Crossroads: Learning behind the wheel as a multicultural young Australian”. Danya is an award-winning young leader in her community who observes, reflects and takes initiative. She will bring a wealth of knowledge to help us more successfully train safe driving skills to learners from multicultural backgrounds.
Aidan Webberley, Principal Product and Services Manager (Driver Safety) from Department of Transport and Planning, will be presenting on the Digital Driver Licences.
myLearners Team from the Department of Transport and Planning will be presenting on the myLearners Free Lesson Initiative.
ADTAV AGM
The ADTAV Annual General Meeting will be conducted at 12.30pm, immediately prior to lunch. Member attending the AGM only have the option to stay for lunch and networking opportunity at 1-2 pm for $30 incl GST. The AGM is free to attend. Lunch Only tickets must be pre-purchased.

Full Conference Tickets for ADTAV members are $145 incl GST (plus 50 cents Trybooking fee).
Full Conference Tickets for non-members are $195 incl GST (plus 50 cents Trybooking fee).
Lunch Only Tickets for members attend the AGM only are $30 incl GST (plus 50 cents Trybooking fee).
Full Conference Tickets include all Conference sessions, morning tea, lunch and post-event soft drinks and nibbles.
